"God never gives a person more than they can handle."

I needed to update this so here it goes: My name is Jelisha J., I've been born and raised in Dallas, TX (GO Cowboys!!!!), I just turned 19 this year and as each year passes I'm shockingly more aware of how long I've actually been writing fanfiction. lol.

I graduated this past year (class of '07) and I'm currently taking my core classes at Richland College but by '09 I'll be studying my main major: Communications at the Univ. of Houston. :)

I love to write, obviously, its my passion, its my gift and I see fanfiction as a way to not only write about my secret desires of JT, lol, but to work on my craft as an author. I love to read, period; music is also very close to my heart just because I kind of feed off music to help give me inspiration to write. I also write poetry, I haven't done it in a long while but next time I have a boyfriend...you better believe I'm pulling out the poetic skills. lol.

And the inspiration for my fanfic stories is obviously JT, always has been; I used to try when I was younger to write about all of the guys from *NSYNC but I just couldn't do it, its just something about this man...I don't know how to put into words but I'm guessing half of America can understand where I'm coming from. lol. 

But yes, this is me, I talk way too much, I'm probably too friendly, I'm really emotional, I feel cute one day and hideous the next, I'm passionate about everything I do, I procrastinate, I definitely can be a bitch (but I try not to be lol)...you see where I'm going with this? lol. I guess the essence of me I put into my characters because like the women in my stories, we're flawed but at the end of the day we just want to be happy, and love along the way helps, too. :) Okay, I'm done. lol.
