I swear to you, the more I read about Mamaw the more she reminds me of my own grandmother! And I know, that Mack is definitely not going to any cotillion classes! Trace, just like all of the other guys are right. Justin does kind of take advantage of Mack, and everyone can see it but her. It seems like it really pisses Trace off. Maybe because that's his bestfriend, and he might feel bitter about Mack just up and leaving Memphis to be with Justin and leaving Trace all alone. Also, it may be because he still have feelings for her. Possibly? It was nice for AJ to call and apologize, but I'm still skeptical. There's just something about this whole situation that rubs me the wrong way. I don't know, it's just that AJ seems sketchy to me, I still don't trust him. But I do really want for Nick and Mack to be close again, because I feel their relationship seemed really genuine! And the scene with Mack and her dad really touched me!

P.S,

I know this is a long review, I'm just really opinionated!

I loved seeing Mack at her home with her family and Trace and Rachael. I feel bad for those two but at the same time they're anger/hurt is justifiable. I don't know, I don't feel that AJ's apology was sincere but as long as it's all done with.

I didn't realize I'd missed three chapters while I was away, but I'm glad I'm catching up. To be honest, this was a good chapter. Mack is really going through a rough time, and I truly think she's going through it along. She's being forced to grow up, and grow up quick. Her icy exterior is really cracking, and I think soon her big 'meltdown' might happen. Great job, keep up the good work! Great job on blanketing/cushioning the serious topics with humor/sarcasm.

Yay for catch-ups. If it were me I'd be like a slave to my computer to make sure I didn't stop until I read everything I missed.  =)

At the end of the day, you're right, she is going through it alone. The others have a group of people to rely on but all she has is herself and, as you can see, it's starting to take it's toll on her. My forecast: a meltdown in the not-too-distant future. Thanks for the kind words!

Yay!!! Great update!

Glad AJ called and offered an apology. Can't wait to see how things actually work out on tour.

Author's Response: He's being the bigger man. Andyou won't have to wait long to see the tour if this story line keeps on going the way it is. =) Thanks for the review!

Oooh, now Trace said something. I can't wait to see how she confronts him. With years of annoyance building up I'm sure she'll blow her top and I can't wait for it. The begining with her Mamaw was great, she's finally standing up for herself isntead of letting people walk over her. Great job!

Author's Response: Yay for standing-up for herself! She needs to do it more often. We are women, hear us roar! haha

Alot of things can happen in Memphis huh?? Ok 1st off...OMG! there is no way Mack is gonna join that fancy poof class.. lolz reminds me something from Titanic, sitting straight, hold a cup the proper way..they can teach that in your own house..thats where the proper manners begin.. :) and oohh..the Cal guy sounds handsome, no wonder Rachel kinda has a crush on him...and that is also good that Mack put whatever happened b/tween her and BSB behind her...for now that is..

Nice job..thanks for updating! :D

Author's Response:
