I stayed up until 3 am last night reading your story. I couldn't stop reading; your style reads really well. I admit, the jumping around confused me at first but now it's part of the experience. I used to write fan fiction about 10/12 years ago. Now I want to do it again after reading this! I like how feasible most of it seems; it doesn't seem exaggerated.
(I came up with this username long before I read this. but it seems kind of ironic now :p)
Beautiful job, gal :) Wow, I love the simiplicity of it. How you took one simple detail and built a little scene around it. i think it works as a one chapter story.
It was a sequence, almost like a routine that they fell into every now and then whenever time allowed it. When he needed it, she gave it- most of the time anyways.
But imagine that you were the only source of comfort he turned to when it really mattered. Imagine you were the one who surpassed all the rest. And yet, at the end of the day, imagine that you were the one always stuck on the sidelines.

Wow, this is absolutely fantastic! You jumped right in there and gave us all of the feels: angst, jealousy, longing, lust. Now I want to know the story outside the perimeters of this piece. Regardless, I enjoyed it!
