Author's Notes:
Alright, I know this is a Justin fan fiction but I decided against having the characters meet right off the bat. I wanted to establish who Mackenna is before bringing Justin into the story.

I just want to make it clear that I am not claiming any rights to any songs used, shows meantion and people in the story. The characters personalities were all created in my lovely little imagination.
As I walked down the aisle, I couldn't help but wonder, "How did I get here?"
Well, here's how...

My life started changing right before I turned 20. Up until then my life was just like anyone elses; I was born, I had a damn good childhood (with the exception of a few things), I went to school, dated and graduated. About that time was when Matt, my boyfriend of 4 years and I broke up, but we'll get back to that later.
I worked a couple of dead-end jobs and then I started a job I kind of liked. I was a flight attendant. It was a small little company, but it paid the bills.

The turning point for everything occurred one random night in Pittsburgh, PA. I was figuring out my checkbook (yes, random... I know) and listening to some music. I was singing, but I didn't think I was too loud, but I was wrong. I received a knock on my hotel room door.

"I heard you," this strange man said.
"Your voice is beautiful..."

Quite honestly at this point I was terrified. Damn it, why hadn't I listened to my dad during all of his stern talks about being careful when I'm alone and in a strange city!

So there I was; a little 19 year old, staring at this 30 or 40 something year old man standing there in a business suit. So I did what any intelligent person would do. I called him a creep and slammed the door in his face.

While I was struggling with my bags the next morning, I noticed a business card on the floor in front of the door.

It read, "Jacob Ulness, Talent manager".
It had a phone number and an address on it. I shoved the card in my bag and went on my merry way.

It wasn't until about 2 weeks later, when I finally called the number. I didn't want to call, but my mom had told me not to let it pass me by. We scheduled and appointment for a week later, in New York city.

During the meeting Jacob and my mom talked, I didn't. He wanted to put me in the studio and record a demo. So we did...

After about 2 months of traveling back and forth from my home in Cleveland, to New York and California, I was done with it. Why was I bending over backwards trying to get people to listen to my demo, when there only reaction was, "Well the industry isn't really in the mood for another Britney, We all see how she turned out."

Well fuck you very much! I wasn't and never would be like Britney. That bitch is crazy, flashing her coocha everywhere and shaving her head. She looked like a damn crack addicted tranny hooker. Can you tell I don't like her?

Anyways, I went back to normal life and fired Jacob. I was paying him for nothing.

A week after that, I received a phone call from someone at Jive Records. They had heard my demo and wanted me to fly to Cali and show em what was made of. After I got the phone call I kind of felt bad for canning Jacob... Oh well.

I got a record deal eventually and everything went crazy. I was on planes more often then than when I was a flight attendant!

Okay I'm just gunna speed ahead a little bit here...

Ten months later, my 1st single, "Forget You" definitely got me noticed. It really wasn't personally my style, but at that point I just sang the songs they wanted me to.

I'm gunna jump ahead again....

Now, a year later it was time to start recording my 2nd album. This album was going to be my baby. I had written 11 of the 16 songs we were recording. MTV approached me about them filming me for a month, for an episode of MTV's Diary. Of course I was down for that. People would actually be able to get to know me. The real me.

My life has changed drastically. A part of me kind of misses the quiet girl who flew on planes for a living. But I wouldn't give up what I have right now. My family is happy and healthy; we're living a slightly more glamorous life. I get to sing and dance for a living, talk about an easy living.

The only thing I'm struggling with is having to deal with the paparazzi. They are insane. According to them, I'm now having Justin Timberlake's love child. That's actually pretty amusing, seeing as how I've never even met the guy.
..You think you know, but you have no idea.. by lovedontlivehere

-ONE MONTH LATER-

"So lovely MTV viewers, we are on our way to meet Justin Timberlake... Yes that's right, THEE Justin Timberlake.” Mackenna explains while walking through the dark hallways of the recording studio.

“You ready? It’s the moment of truth… let’s see if he really is THAT hot in person…” she laughs into the camera.

She opens up the door and is immediately greeted by her producer and her manager. Justin just sits in the background quietly.

“Hi guys!” She yells, running to hug her producer, Ken.

“Hey babygirl, how’ve you been?”

“I’ve been just freaking lovely! Lets introduce you guys to the lovely MTV viewers. This is Ken, my amazing producer and Rob, my manager. They are awesome and they are pretty much my second family when I’m on tour.” She explains, laughing into the camera.

Justin walks up behind her and puts his arm around her waist. Mackenna’s face immediately shows her discomfort.

“So… How’s our little one doing?” Justin jokes.

“Oh god. You really are a sex god, just met you and I’m already knocked up!”

-The screen cuts to Mackenna with a plain black backdrop-

“Alright, let me just say this… I AM NOT PREGNANT BY JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE!,” She yells as she rolls her eyes.

“Just because he was seen coming out of a hotel on Monday and I was seen walking out of the same hotel on Tuesday DOES NOT mean we’re dating! We honestly did not know each other before today. I do have to admit that he is an awesome guy and don’t tell anyone I said this, but he is freaking gorgeous.  We joked about the love child rumors for a while and at that point I realized that recording was gunna be a shit-ton of fun. I definitely don’t take myself too seriously, and neither does he.”

-The screen cuts back to the studio-

“So, the song that we’re gunna try and record today is called “Lights Out”.  Justin is here because he is gunna be the producer on this track and I’m really kind of nervous to record this song.  I wrote the song and I’ll admit, it’s a little risqué.  This album is all about me showing you guys who I really am and I’m a sexual person, an innocent person, a person with issues and a person with insecurities.  I want you guys to be able to hear about all of that on this album.  I hope you like it.” Mackenna explained while pulling her hair up into a ponytail.

“Alright, get your ass in the booth” Justin exclaimed, pushing her into the booth.

“Pushy bastard!” She yelled.

“Oh shut it…. Are you ready? We’re starting with the 1st verse. The I’m so hot when I walk part… You ready?”

“Yeah… roll it”

The camera focuses in on Mackenna in the sound booth.

“I'm so hot when I walk I leave smoke in my tracks

Don't leave your man with me 'cause he won't come back

I'm dangerous,”

She begins to sway back and forth to the beat of the song.

“I'm a girl that's not afraid of the dark

When the lights go out I get what I want

So easy

I don't know what you..”

“STOP! Alright Mack, on the “I don’t know” part, go a little higher with the “I” part.. k, got it?” Justin interrupted.

“Yes master…”

“Girl! You better watch yourself, calling me master and shit… you don’t know what that does to me!” Justin laughed.

End Notes:

alright guys, some feedback on your opinions of the story would be great. This is my 1st time actually writing a fanfic and hopefully i'm doing the story some justice.

Credit for the song goes to Danity Kane. Dawn actually wrote it. If you haven't heard it, you should.

..The past.. by lovedontlivehere

Working with Justin was definitely an interesting experience. He’s actually a damn good producer.  We finished “Lights Out” in about 2 hours. The crew from “Diary” definitely got some good footage. Needless to say they filmed us flirting quite a bit. What can I say? Justin is a great guy. He’s funny and actually quite charming. I can see why millions of girls love him.

But I can’t be one of them.

I just can’t.

I’ve gone through way too much to just fall for someone. Matt messed me up pretty bad.

Anyways…

I had the next day off, so I decided to call my friend Sophia and see what she was up to. You guys might know her… Her name’s Sophia Bush. She’s on a little show called “One Tree Hill”.  We chatted a little bit and decided that we needed some retail therapy.

She picked me up at 10:30 and we headed for our favorite boutiques.

“So, How’d your meeting with Justin go?”

“It went great actually. We finished the song rather quickly, which was surprising. He mentioned something about hitting some clubs this weekend… you down to go?” I asked while flipping through a rack of clothes.

“Yeah, why not? Come on now, have you ever known me to turn down a chance to party?” She laughed.

“Pshh… yeah I know… what was I thinking?”

Sophia and I met when I did a cameo on “One Tree Hill”. We immediately got along and kind of made a reputation for ourselves on set. We were known as the “party girls”. We would go out almost every night and show up the next morning looking like straight up hell. She’d have no voice left and I’d barely be able to keep my eyes open. I was only on set for 2 weeks, but we definitely bonded. She explained everything that had happened between her and Chad. In a way, I kind of felt bad for her, but everything that Chad put her through made her who she is today.

We had long chats about their marriage and the insane relationship that I had had with Matt. Chad and Matt quite honestly weren’t too different. They both lost a damn good thing.

I should probably explain a little bit about Matt and me…

I dated Matt all throughout high school. He was everything to me. He was the 1st guy I had ever fallen in love with and he did nothing but hurt me. At first everything was great, but about a year into the 4-year relationship he started to change. I found out he was cheating on me and I confronted him about it. He said that he had just been stupid and that he really loved me, and all the girls meant nothing to him.

My dumbass believed him.

He changed his ways for a little while and stayed true to me. That is until one night when I walked in on something I shouldn’t have. I still wish I could erase the memory, but it will always remain with me.

We were at a party and I had gone off to get a new drink and talk to a few people. As I was walking back over to Matt, I overheard his conversation with a bunch of his friends.

He was telling them very intimate things about our relationship. He wasn’t just bragging, he was divulging secrets and things that should have just been kept between us.

I’ll never forget the feeling of betrayal that I felt.

Then things got worse. He began to talk about a couple of other girls that he had hooked up with recently, and he compared us. Who was better at what, whom he’d rather do certain things with and whom he recommended.

All I could do was turn and walk away.

Then I met my new best friend. It came in the form of a white powder. Some people call it blow, some people call it cocaine, but I just called it an escape.

I got pretty addicted to it and it kind of consumed my life. Until one day I came home from work… my family, Matt and someone whom I had never seen before greeted me. It was an intervention and they wanted me to stop the drugs.

Matt swore that he was sorry and he loved me and he just wanted me to be okay again.

So I quit using my escape and started living again. Matt and I were great, no fights, no cheating and no drugs.

I had been 100 days clean and I decided to go over to his place and surprise him with dinner. I cooked his favorite meal, packaged it up and drove over to his house. To my surprise, his car was in the driveway. He wasn’t supposed to get home for another 30 minutes. I used the extra hidden key to let myself in. I put the food in the kitchen and proceeded upstairs. Maybe he had come home from work early? Maybe he didn’t feel good? I wanted to be the good girlfriend and make everything okay.

As I reached the top of the stairs I realized that something was going on. There were clothes thrown everywhere and I could hear the familiar squeak of his bed.

All I could think was ‘No, not again…

I opened the door and saw something I had NEVER expected to see…

Matt with my friend Jessica on top of him.

I’ll always remember the words he said to me as I walked out the door…

“You weren’t as much fun as you used to be… I’m done with you.”

He was my 1st kiss, my 1st love and my 1st heartbreak.

Alright guys...

To those of you who have read the story so far and left reviews... THANK YOU. I love hearing what you guys think and please continue reading.

I won't be able to update until about Wednesday. I have to go out of state on business and don't have a laptop. I will continue writing and I'll hopefully have a couple chapters ready to post on Wednesday or Thursday.

So it’s Friday night, Sophia and I are running around like chickens with our heads cut off, trying to find something to wear. The problem isn’t that there’s nothing to wear, the problem is that we have way too many options. Good god, I’m exhausted already and I haven’t even left the house yet! I’ve tried on the black shirt with the jeans, the pink shirt with the black skirt, the white tube top with the jeans… YIPPEE! I think I found a winner! Now Soph on the other hand, wasn’t doing so good.

“I don’t like the combination of colors, it makes me look trashy!”

“You look great… with the exception that those pants make your ass look BIG…”

“Bitch! Shut the fuck up and do your damn makeup.”

What can I say? We’re some characters.

Deciding that it’s probably a good idea to remove the white tube top before applying my makeup, I pull it off and throw it on my bed.

 DingDong!

Looks like they’re here, and of course we aren’t ready. Oh well, perfection takes time.

I run over to open the door and I nearly ran into it.

‘Maybe I should slow down on the shots…’

I open the door to reveal Justin and 2 other guys that I’ve never seen before.

“Hey Guys! Welcome to my luxurious home. Please take a seat and a shot. It’ll be a couple minutes because Soph’s taking 8 days to get her fat ass in a pair of jeans!” I yell up the stairs.

“Fuck you bitch” She screams back. Her response can barely be heard, but the guys laugh anyways.

The 3 of them just stand there looking at me. I don’t quite understand the reason for the starefest until I look down and realize that I’m just in a lacy white strapless bra.

“What’s with the staring guys? Justin are you gunna introduce me to your friends?”

“Uh yeah sorry… Mackenna, this is Trace… my uhh… my best friend and PA…. And uhh... this is David… we grew up with him back in Tennessee.” Justin stammered.

I couldn’t help but smile. I think it’s pretty funny to make people uncomfortable. I mean, they did just step into my house. My domain, my rules. Shit, if only they knew that I usually walk around here naked…

“Well hello, Trace the best friend and PA and David from Tennessee, it’s nice to meet you. I’m Mackenna, Soph’s still upstairs… it’ll probably be like another 10 minutes. You guys wanna take a shot?” I question.

“Yeah sure…”

“That’s fine…”

“What kind?”

“Alright, who was the pussy who said ‘what kind’?” I ask turning around with the bottle in my hand.

“Uhh that was me...” Trace answers bashfully.

“Well Trace, there’s two things you need to learn about me… If I offer you a shot, it’s always Jack. If I offer you a beer, it’s always Budlight… If you remember those 2 little things, we’ll get along perfect.” I answer, handing them each a full shot glass.

I give a little nod and pour mine back. There’s just something about the way Jack burns when it goes down the back of your throat, it just makes you want more.

“Alrighty boys, I’m headed upstairs to finish getting ready. Make yourselves at home…”

I walk towards the staircase and then I hear it...

"J, man I'm liking this girl already..."

'Oh lord Trace... you don't know what your in for...'

..Baby James.. by lovedontlivehere

I just want to make it clear that I am not claiming any rights to any songs used, shows mention and people in the story. The characters personalities were all created in my lovely little imagination.

"Let's go dance!" I yelled grabbing Sophia's hand.

The boy followed and we all spilt up. Soph and I doing our own thing, and the guys we're going off towards the bar.

"Damn... Look at him... He's mine Soph, you can't have him!" I laugh, pointing towards our friend, and Sophia's coworker James Lafferty.

"Well well Baby James, we didn't expect to see you in here strutting your stuff. Why didn't you call and let us know you were back in town?" Soph scolded James.

"I just stopped in to see a few friends and get away from Wilmington for a while. So how are you 2 lovely ladies doing?" He questions.

"I'm just fucking wonderful now that your here!" I yell, trying to be heard over the rest of the crowd. I reach up and hug him.
'My god, I've missed him...'

Let me explain...
James and I had a brief...
Well... Let's just call it 'A month of alot of fun...

With the occasional weekend every now and then'

We met on the set of One Tree Hill and we immediately got pushed together. We were the youngest on set, so we kinda had this bond with each other. One night after quite a bit of partying (thanks to Sophia), we hooked up.

There's just something about James that attracts me to him. I'm honestly not even sure what it is... But, we decided after that 1st hook up that we would never work in a relationship. We've remained just friends but occasionally we have benefits.

James, Sophia and I all began dancing together. It reminded me of old times in Wilmington. That was an amazing time.

About a half hour later, we made our way to the bar. We introduced James to the guys, and they seemed to get along great. James bought us all a round of shots and then excused himself back to his group of friends.

Sophia and I had to take a little trip to the ladies room. Not really for use of the bathroom, but more for makeup checkup and gossip purposes.

"Alright, how weird was that? James is here... You have to be nervous as all hell!" Soph exclaimed, jumping on the counter of the sink.

"Actually, it wasn't all that bad. We decided a while ago that we just wouldn't work out... We're better as a friends with benefits thing.... And besides, I kinda want to see what Trace is all about." I answered, while touching up my lip-gloss.

Please Leave Feedback! I love hearing what you guys think...
..How much fun can a club be?.. by lovedontlivehere

I walked up behind Trace and realized that I had been holding my breath, which is weird. I only hold my breath when I'm nervous and guys just don't make me nervous... well not anymore atleast.

"Hey there... I couldn't help but notice that you guys are just vegging out at the bar. I thought we came here to have some fun?" I ask, while taking a sip of my amaretto sour.

"WHO'S DOWN FOR SOME BODYSHOTS?" Soph yells, hopping on the bar.

This is classic. It's just classic us... The situation gets dull and we find some alcohol-connected way to spice it up.

The bartender brings over 5 shots, some lemons and some salt. David begins to take a step forward.

"Oh no buddy, this ones mine!" I laugh, cutting in front of him.

Soph and I are really good at getting a rise out of guys if you know what I mean.

Sophia lays down on the bar and passes me the salt. We both look over at the guys as I lean down to lick her neck so the salt will stick.

I swear I just saw like a hundred bulging...

Eyes, of course...

What did you think I was gunna say?

My only thought is: 'This is going to be in the tabloids tomorrow. Let's see if we can score the cover!'

I pour the shot into her bellybutton and she places the lemon in her mouth.

"You guys ready to see how it's really done?" I smirk, right before taking a lick of the salt and sucking the shot. I stop and look back at the boys before leaning over and taking the slice of lemon out of Soph's mouth.

I turn around with a big old smile on my face, taking in how all three of the guys look. TURNED ON. The real fun is about to start.

"Who's taking the next one?" Sophia questions before grabbing another lemon wedge.

"Uhh I am.." David answers beginning to step forward again.

"Hell no dude, you can't possibly follow that! Here Mack, let me show you how it's really done." Justin says pushing David out of the way.

Poor David, dude just can't get what he wants.

Justin licks her neck just the same way I did to apply the salt. He continues on with the shot, but when he went to go take the lemon he just bit the corner of it and pulled it out of her mouth. Then he did something I wouldn't have done... He 'dropped' the lemon wedge right in her cleavage.

"Oh damn..." I hear Trace mutter.

"That was damn hot. Aww J, I'm so proud of you, my little boy is growing up!" I laugh, patting him on his head.

"Alright, it's fucking my turn... I don't care what any of you fuckers say!" David exclaims as he grabs the salt.

He licks her stomach to apply the salt and puts the lemon slice right in her cleavage. Wow, the boy is definitely very ballsy. I know Soph likes that.

He takes the shot and spends some extra time receiving the lemon wedge.

"Okay, I need to go wash off before I start to smell like spit." Soph laughs as she sits up.

"But what about me? I didn't get to take a shot." Trace whines.

"If you’re lucky, maybe Mack will get up there for ya!" Sophia suggests while walking towards the bathroom, while pulling David right along with her.

"Come on Mack... Get up there!" Justin urges, pushing me forward.

"You don't have to tell me twice..."

I climbed up on the bar and handed Trace the salt. I grab his hand and pull him towards me. I lean over and whisper into his ear.

"You didn't have to be lucky to get me up here, but depending on how good you are... you never know just how lucky you might get..." He pulls his ear away from my mouth and places a soft kiss on my cheek.

He leans down and licks my cleavage and pours the salt. The shot is placed in my bellybutton and the lemon slice is in my mouth. He then licks the salt, takes the shot and I watch as his lips come closer to mine. As he takes the lemon from my mouth, he does something I really didn’t think he had the balls to do… He spits the lemon to the side and just kisses me.  Wow… damn… that was definitely interesting. I feel his lips pull away from mine and I open my eyes. He just stands there with this cocky smile on his face. We just stare at each other for a good minute. Alright, this is quickly turning slightly awkward. Thank God for Justin.

“One shot left! Looks like it’s my turn with you Mack.”

I can’t help but smile as I sit up on the bar and grab the shot glass. I pour the shot down my throat and jump down from the bar.

“Not in your wildest dreams….” I smile while looking back at the guys one last time before making my way to the dance floor once again.
