Malia is one of those scared, confused and broken people that clearly just doesn’t know what she wants in life. She knows she needs Justin’s help, but that doesn’t make her want to take his help. Maybe it’s a level of pride… we’ll see :)
Thanks
Author's Response:
She really is totally broken. She simply needs to let Justin help her, but she seems to not be able to do that. Grr!! Lol Thanks for reading & reviewing :)
You left me speechless. Obviously Malia is broken and Justin just wants to help. I sure hoep things start to turn around. Cannot wait to read more.
Author's Response:
Wow, I don’t know what to say to the word ‘speechless.’ Malia is broken. Really broken. Hopefully she pulls herself together :) Thanks for reading, reviewing and enjoying this!!!
I don't know how you do it, but you heal my heart. You heal my wounds. This brushes the salt from the wound, and tells me that we'll be ok. We're all broken, some with smooth edges and others with sharp, jagged edges. Justin is Malia's healer. Someone in life helped him put the pieces back together, and showed him how to heal. Now, he is there to lead Malia. To light her path of darkness. Its not to say that their love will survive, but their friendship will.
Friendship often ends in love; but love in friendship -- never.
It's the hardest of life's lessons that we must all learn - yesterday, today, or tomorrow. We cannot hide.
Malia, eventually, she would've cried enough and hurt enough. She would've realized that she is the master of her fate and the captain of her soul. But, we are not destined to walk these streets alone. No matter the stubbornness, we are a codependent species. We depend on others to make us independent.
Bravo, ma'am! Good luck on your finals.
Author's Response:
I'm glad I can heal your heart because I sure can't heal my own. I had to listen to an hour long rant with my best friend today that I don't trust anyone... blah blah blah. I think I need to find Justin and he can be my healer!
Friendship often ends in love; but love in friendship -- never. < This is sooo true.
Thanks for the amazing review. Thank ya thank ya thank ya!
