So I just kind of skimmed through the last part. It's obviously hard to read. But I hate that that's what jordan went through as a child. I know we don't have the complete story, but that alone explains a lot really. I hope lynn is a big help and can get jordan to talk about what happened. Justin...he seems all talk right now. Like I understand he cares for jordan and the baby, but is he going to hold resentment against jordan for what has happened to her? For the lack of family she has? For her crazy "father"? I know he may not be able to deal with everything cause this is heavy stuff, and obviously he only dates people with easy lives, but still. I feel like he's saying he's here to listen, but really he much rather not in order to keep his "easy" life. What a shallow thing for him to say about the girls he dates. Anyway, can't wait to read more! :o)

Author's Response:

I love what you are saying about Justin being all talk, and you've gotten a lot of him figured out, as you'll see in future chapters. He has a lot of growing up to do, and not much time.

But in his defence; its not an easy thing to deal with, and he didn't really end up in this situation by choice.

I love that he's trying to help her as much as possible.

Author's Response: I guess keyword here is 'trying'...

This chapter was heartbreaking! Especially Justin's dream at the end! Wow...no wonder Jordan is so messed up. Sad, but great update!

Author's Response:

Thank you

Yes, they have a lot to deal with now, and it will be a whole lot worse before things can turn for them

Still loving this story and can't wait to read more. He really needs to break up with Jessica!

Author's Response:

Thank you:-)

Yes, he does, but she's the only non-frightening thing in his life right now, so why would he want to?

Anonymous (Anonymous) on Dec 01, 2009 07:40 pm (Chapter 12)
oh my you can't leave it there, you have to update like now please!

JoJo (Anonymous) on Dec 01, 2009 05:52 pm (Chapter 12)
Wow you did really good with this one! Not that the other chapters weren't good but this one was full of so much emotion. Justin is not going to be able to help her himself, there's just too much there and I think he finally realized that when he saw the "panic room" and the way she freaked out. I know I should really feel bad for the situation that Jessica is in but for some reason I can't. In my mind I don't see Justin and Jessica as a couple. I honestly don't know why. I see how amazing Justin and Jordan are together and how Justin treats Jordan shows that he feels more towards her than Jessica. Justin should just let Jessica go if he doesn't love her. It's really not fair. Well I guess I've said enough lol!! Great update!

Author's Response:

Thank you:-)

Yeah, Justin definitly is in over his head here, and he knows now that he can't handle this alone, no matter how much he wants to.

And the Jessica issue; it's his only escape at the moment, the only reminder of the fun, carefree life he used to live.

What...the...fuck? That's all I can say right now. Please update soon.

Tina (Anonymous) on Dec 01, 2009 04:12 pm (Chapter 12)
ok, that's even more messed up.

Author's Response: Oh, yes it is...And it'll be worse...

Love this story, can't wait to read more about Justin and Jordan's relationship. Hope you update again soon

Author's Response: Thank you:-)

Lol! Paul and lynn are hilarious! So funny. I think lynn and jordan are going to have a great relationship. That makes me happy. I mean they already have one thing in common: a dislike for jessica. Btw, jessica...*rolls eyes and shakes head* I'm glad this meeting went really nicely though. I think jordan really does need a mother figure like lynn in her life. Someone she can go to for questions and help on parenting, but someone that can also be a friend. It was surprising how open she was to them, but kind of not. I just think she wants to be as open as she can without going too deep so they will see that she's a good person deep down. Update soon! :o)

Author's Response: Yeah, that definitly surprised Justin as well. But she saw the chance of getting connection to the people she knew would be closest to her child. ANd the fact that they were different than the family she was used to made it easier to open up. But like you said; she still didn't reveal anything major to them, just enough for them to like her and not get suspicious.

Tina (Anonymous) on Nov 23, 2009 03:30 pm (Chapter 11)
He totally likes her, he needs to realize it.

Author's Response: He does, but he is definitly trying to block that out:-)

JoJo (Anonymous) on Nov 18, 2009 02:37 am (Chapter 10)
Jessica had no right to go off on Jordan like that!! I was so angry and waiting for Jordan to snap back at her! I can't wait to see how the meeting goes with the parents. Loved it! Update again soon!

Author's Response: But then again; can't be easy for Jess when another woman is pregnant with her boyfriend's child... And she has been pretty calm about it so far, concidering how Justin has been treating her throughout this.
