GOOD STUFF COMING!

1. THE NF COMMUNITY: The plan is to drop the link to our new, private *NSYNC reader/writer/fan community on July 15th. That will allow writers some time in the writer's room to toss around ideas and get some feedback. if you're a writer, please reach out so we can add you to the writer's room as access is limited unless you're a writer. There is a separate space for writers and readers to chat stories.

1A- The community is a PAID space. $3 gets you access to the patreon and the discord. It is always free to join, post stories, and give feedback at NSYNC-fiction. We cannot and do not charge to read or post fanfiction. It is nt necessary to join the paid community to be a member at *NF- the community is an added benefit to help defray the costs of running the archive and to give writers, readers and fans a place to chat. Rememeber TheJJB? Let's do a wraparound...

1B- I need a few early adopters ahead of the 15th to test the operation of the PATREON and the DISCORD. Reach out to me with a way to connect with you- twitter, IG, email and let me know if you're a writer so I can test out the writer's room.

2. The AWESOME AUGUST challenge is coming back! WOOOYEAH! This will be a more relaxed version of the challenges we have done before. No assigned dates, just stories!

THE RULES!

- Must feature a member of *NSYNC.

- No minimum or maximum word count. Can be a 1000 word visual or a 100K word story (it needs to be complete by 8/31 though!)

- X-overs with other fandoms are MOST welcome!

- Please, no deathfic. These stories are in celebration of JC's birthday.

-Write your story, post it up, then go to the AWESOME AUGUST challenge (it will be posted on 8/8) and ADD your story to th challenge. hint: You can write/post it at any time and add it to the challenge on the 8th

- Stories must be complete by the end of the challenge! Run dates are Aug 8th (HAPPY BIRTHDAY JC!) to August 31. If you begin your story on Aug 8th, the last chapter needs to be posted by midnight Aug 31st. Incomplete stories will be removed from the challenge (they will remain on your profile)

- Please give a shout out with a link to your story so we can promo on twitter and IG. Follow the NSYNC-Fiction account on TWITTEr at https://twitter.com/nsyncfiction and INSTAGRAM at https://www.instagram.com/nf_fiction/.
